Susan and Jeff moved to the Heritage Harbour community in 2016. Upon moving to the community, Susan, a geriatric speciality Physical Therapist, realized that there was a need to provide Physical Therapy services to the residents of the community where clients most need it: in their homes and in the community. Susan's 30 years of clinical experience and Jeff's 30 years in business combined to create a unique approach to geriatric physical therapy, where clients are able to receive one on one individualized care in their homes or the community fitness center, instead of having to go out to a clinic.
In order to provide this service, Susan and Jeff started Heritage Harbour Physical Therapy in 2017, starting with Susan as the only therapist. Residents of the community have responded very positively to the services we provide and we have grown over time. We now have three Physical Therapists and three Physical Therapist Assistants.
We’ve been honored to be chosen by residents of the community to provide this important service and will continue to keep high quality patient care as the primary motivation driving all of our efforts.
